Participants need to have taken a basic MI course prior to this to attend the workshop. While the workshop does address administrative supervision, the primary focus is on developing and "honing" the skills of supervisors who want those they supervise to be using MI adherent behavior. The workshop uses several learning methods to develop skills to evaluate performance and to give feedback including role-playing and small group practice.
