To provide innovative community based services designed to comprehensively meet the needs of children and their families with the existing goal for families to remain intact while preventing further incidence of abuse and/or neglect and utilizing more positive family functioning.  Based on The Institute for Family Developments HOMEBUILDERS Program, this program requires a court order and a very intense amount of focused family involvement for a brief period of time, usually 6-8 weeks.
