A growing population of Adult and Child s service continuum includes the aging population.  Adult and Child s older adult programs are designed to specifically assess and treat the mental health related needs of the senior population.  Counseling, care management, and service coordination is provided in homes, communities, nursing/assisted living facilities, and hospitals across the Indianapolis area. 

A 2008 SAMSHA grant award winner, this program is working to improve access to appropriate mental health treatment for adults 60 or older who live in southern Marion and northern Johnson counties.  Their integration with the Countyline Family Health Center allows patients to receive affordable in-home and clinic based coordinated physical and behavioral health care.
